The Mosque Etiquette:

 

Q 1: Is pushing and shoving when entering or leaving the mosque a sign of coarseness?

 

ans: Yes it is ,In both cases whether we enter the Mosque or leave it we have to shun coarse pushing and shoving.

Q 2: If time allows, should you perform two rak’ahs or sit down? 

 

ans  : I should perform two rak’ahs ,Performing two rak ‘ats is preferred if time allows doing them.

Q  3: What do you usually do when you finish performing two rak’ahs?

 

ans : I sit down keeping remembrance [dhikr]of Allah or keep silent, but recitation of the Quran is the best remembrance[Dhikr].

Q  4: What is recommendable to say after every salah?

 

ans : We say glory be to Allah, Praise be to Allah and Allah is Most Great. It is quite recommendable to say the rest of the good deeds and ending with supplication.

Q 5: How many times should we repeat for each statement ? 

 

ans : Thirty – three  times for each one We say the rest of the good deeds thirty – three times one after another.

Q 6 : Which statement do we complete with, to be hundred?

 

ans :There is no god worthy of worship except Allah, alone without any partners to Him belongs the universe and the praise and He is able to do anything ‘.

 Q 7: Which foot should step outside the mosque?

 

ans:  Stepping outside the mosque  is always with the left foot .

Q 8: Which Dua [supplication]do you say when leaving the mosque?

 

ans: In the name of Allah, and prayers and peace be upon Allah’s Messenger, I ask you for your bounty.

Purification in Islam:

 

Q 9: If the person is not pure will his prayer be accepted? 

 

ans : No, it won’t be accepted because purification is missed which is the main part of its correctness.

Q 10 : Is the person’s prayer valid when his / her dress is not clean?

 

Ans; No, it isn’t, When the person’s dress is dirty the prayer would be invalid for lack of purification .

Q  11: Should wudu [ablution] be performed with impure water?

 

Ans  : No, it shouldn’t , because it won’t be valid without pure water .

Q 12: How many ways of wudu [ablution} are there?

 

ans: There are eleven ways, they complete each other for the validity of the prayer .

Q 13: While you are making wudu, how many times do you wash your hands? 

 

Ans  : Whenever I make an ablution ,I have to wash them three times .

Q 14 : Do you rinse your mouth twice?

 

Ans  : No, I don’t. I rinse my mouth three times instead of two .

Q 15: Do you always have to wash your left foot first?

 

Ans  : No, I don’t . I always start with the right foot following the ablution’s disposition .

Q 16:  How many times do you have to wash your face?

 

Ans  :  I have to wash it three times .

Q 17: Is it  right to wash your hands up to elbows before washing your face?

 

Ans : No .It isn’t, We have to follow the arrangement when we make Wudu [ablution] .

Q 18: Do you sniff water into your nose ?

 

Ans : Yes, I do, and sniffing is three times.

——————————–

 

 

 

Q 19:  Do you give it a harsh blow?

 

Ans : No, I don’t. Sniffing the nose is part of what is called the operation of inhalation and excitation, so there is no need for a harsh blow .

Q 20: What do you say after finishing wudu[ablution]?

 

Ans  : I recite ash-shahada and I supplicate Allah after reciting Ash -Shahadah.

Q 21:  Did the prophet Muhammad[PBUH] teach his companions  how to pray the same way he taught them the Quran?

 

Ans : Yes, He did. The prophet [PBUH] taught them the same way that He taught the Quran , the way of performing  and practicing it.

The Dhikr of Allah and Duaa:

 

Q  22: What is dhikr?

 

Ans : It means remembrance, Dhikr is the  marrow of worshipping Almighty Allah. Following Allah’s orders to remember Him day and night , Almighty Allah said: “  Remember me  so that I will remember you “.

Q 23: Where’s its origin from?

 

ans: It’s an Arabic word. Dhikr is originally an Arabic word which means Remembrance in English .

Q  24: What is it generally used for?

 

Ans : It is generally used for Remembrance Almighty Allah which is always recommendable of us as part and parcel of our worship.

Q 25: What does dua’aa mean? 

 

Ans : It means supplication, Duaa is a way of communication between Almighty Allah and His slaves in all that is around them on a daily basis .

Q 26 : What’s  its origin?

 

Ans : Duas’s origin is Arabic in that  we communicate with our Lord  whenever we need ,wherever we are .

Q 27: What does it mean in other words? 

 

ans: ‘Asking Allah for something’.

Tip:  In other words it means calling Allah for all our affairs in this worldly life and the Hereafter.

Q 28: To whom should we make every kind of Duaa? 

 

 Ans : To Allah alone .

Tip: We should make every kind of Duaa to Allah be Glorified and Exalted, because He is the Only One who responds to us whatever  and whenever we call Him  .

Q 29: What did Allah say to ask Him?

 

Ans : “call upon me and I Will respond to you “.

Tip  : Allah asked us to invoke Him and He will answer our supplication whenever we refuge to Him.

Q 30: Did He command us to remember Him and His favours on us?

 

ans : Yes, He did .

Tip   : Almighty Allah has commanded us to remember Him and never stop or lose heart .

Q 31:  Du’a is the ‘marrow’ of the worship, what does it mean?

 

Ans: Something that is the most important and basic part of it, and due to its significance for us as believers where it constitutes the connecting ring between us and our Lord.

Q 32: Is it very essential for man’s relationship with Allah?

 

ans : Yes, it is.

Tip   : As a matter of fact , Duaa is a thing that we can’t do without in our  day to day life .

Q 33: Is it best to make du’a as often as possible on every event engaged in our daily life?

 

ans: Yes ,it is, It would be best if we always make it  not just often owing to its close connection in all aspects of  worldly life .

Q  34: Is there a specific du’a for every event?

 

ans:  Yes, there is, every occasion has a particular duaa we ask Allah to respond to any adversity .

Q 35: Why must we learn these duas by heart? 

 

ans:  To worship Allah and remember Him .

Tip   : Because they are our resort that protects us from all evils.

Q 36: Do we have a thing of our own?

 

Ans: No, we don’t have anything of our own, everything belongs to the Almighty Allah .

——————————–

 

 

 

Q 37: Why should we  love, praise and thank Allah? 

 

ans: Because He has given us everything, He who  bestowed upon us innumerable favours.

——————————–

 

 

 

Q 38: How can we worship Allah?

 

ans: By remembering Him, worship Him through sticking with what He has enjoined us to follow and what He has forbidden us not follow , seeking for His gratification.

——————————–

 

 

 

Q 39:  When you wake up in the morning what do you say? 

 

Ans : All praise for Allah who has brought us to life causing us to die and to Him is  Resurrection.

——————————–

 

 

 

Q 40: What do you say before you go to the toilet?

 

Ans  : O Allah , I seek protection from you from the male and female devils, seeking protection from Allah before entering the bathroom to drive out all evils .

Q 41: What do you say when you come out?

 

Ans  : O Allah , I Seek your forgiveness.

Q 42 : Do you say anything when you leave the house? 

 

ans: Yes, I do,  in the name of Allah I place my trust in Allah and there is neither power nor might except with Allah, I trust in Almighty Allah when leaving the house to be under His  protection  .

Q 43: Getting into the car or other means of transport , what do you say? 

 

Ans : Glorified and Exalted is He who subjected this to us and we couldn’t have otherwise subdued it ourselves, and to our Lord .

Q 44: when you sneeze what do you say?

 

ans: All praise is for Allah.

——————————–

 

 

 

Q 45: What do you say when you hear someone sneezing?

 

Ans : May Allah have mercy on you.

——————————–

 

Q 46 : What do you say when you go to bed?

 

ans: In your name O Allah, I die and I live ,I supplicate in the name of Allah who causes me to die and causes me to live . 

——————————–

 

 

 

Q 47 : What do you say when you wake up ?

 

Ans :  All praise is for Allah who has brought us back  to life after causing us to die and to Him is resurrection . 

——————————–

 

 

 

Q 48: What does Dua do for us?

 

Ans : It has a great benefit for us ,Duaa strengthens us and opens for us the goodness’s gates in other words it broadens and increases our provision moreover locking down all the evils’ gates.

Q 49: What will happen to us if we do dhikr from the heart?

 

Ans  :  We will get closer to Allah.

Q 50: Does Allah accept Salah[The prayer] without purification ?

 

ans :No, He doesn’t.

POST     COMMENTARY

        Allah has created paradise and the hellfire. A Muslims ultimate aim is to enter paradise and escape the hellfire. The equation is very simple: obey Allah to enter paradise; and don’t disobey Allah not to be punished in the hellfire. To do the way of worship makes a Muslim gains good deeds which enable them to enter paradise. So the ways of worship are set for the interest of a Muslim. These ways of worship makes a Muslim a distinguished human. All people know Muslims from their ways of worship. Also such rituals reflect the peaceful religion the Muslims embrace. They are kind people who worship the true Creator of this universe and wish all good to their fellow human brothers and sisters.
