POST       COMMENTARY

Tawheed or Monotheism is the core and heart of the religion of Islam. Muslims worship Allah only. There is no god but Allah.  This means that Allah is the only and supreme Lord of the universe. It is true that there are respectable landmarks in the holy mosque, such as the Kaba, the Blach Stone, Maqam Ibrahim and Hijr Ismaa’eel. However, Muslims don’t worship these things and objects. There is nothing materialistic in the religion of Islam. Allah has no equal, partner, son or a wife. Muslims believe that there is no peer or equivalent to Allah. The most  dangerous thing a muslim can and should fear is politheism, which means worshipping things other than Allah. But it is true that Islam has become deep- rooted in the hearts of  Muslims. So they can no longer worship idols.
