POST    COMMENTARY

All ways of worship have their effect on a Muslim’s life. Also, they show a Muslim’s faith and belief in Allah. These ways of worship govern and regulate all the Muslim’s life. A very important part and aspect of a Muslim’s life is a Muslim’s appearance. A very important side of a Muslim’s appearance and character is a Muslim’s way of clothing and dress. A Muslim should dress according to the teachings of Islam. The overall and governing criterion is that a Muslim’s dress should be loose and hide the private parts of a Muslim’s body. A Muslim should be neat, clean and handsome looking. Yet, their clothes should be simple, humble and modest. Allah has asked Muslims to look their best at mosques, to eat and drink, but not to be extravagant. This means that Muslims can enjoy their good clothes. As for women, they can dress well as long as they hide their private parts, only allowing their hands and faces to appear. In addition, a male Muslim should care well for his hair to look clean and tidy.
