The Month of Ramadan is swiftly coming upon us. During this special time, we should all reflect on the many blessings Allah has bestowed upon us. Eaalim Academy will host the esteemed Shaykh Sami Al-Bakr, live from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to answer any questions related to Ramadan.
Shaykh Saami ibn Muhammad Al Bakr was born in Saudi Arabia. He learnt his education in Riyadh and achieved a BA in Shariah College from the university of Al Imam Muhammad bin Saud. He studied Usool al Fiqh from the University of King Abdul Aziz in Jeddah and was blessed to learn from many Shuyookh from the Kibar Al Ulema most notably the 7 years with Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih Al Uthaymeen (rh). He also studied with Shaykh Abdul Aziz Bin Baaz (rh), Shaykh Abdulllah ibn Aqeel (rh), Shaykh Abdullah ibn Jibreen (rh), Shaykh Ahmed bin Al Muraabit Ash Shinqeeti. The subjects he learnt from them are Fiqh, Tafseer, Aqeedah, Hadith, Usooll and Nahw, his speciality is Fiqh, MashaAllah TabarakAllah. He wrote a poetry book with the name of Mukhtasar Ma’aalim Fi Tareek Talab Al Ilm, and also submits his poetry to magazines like Shaqiaa”q, Dawah magazine, Al Arabiya Magazine, and Shabab Magazine, also in the book Adurar Al Bahiya Fee Madh Al Arabiya.
