Shaykh Ahmad Al Khalil
Shaykh / Professor Ahmad Bin Muhmmad Bin Hassan Bin Al Ibrahim
Al Khalil was born in Onaysa (Qassim) in 1969. He achieved his
Bachelor’s degree in 1991 in Shariah college from the University of
Al Imam Muhammad bin Suaad Al Islamia. The shaykh then
completed his Masters from the same university in Fiqh ul Islamy in
1994. In 2001 the shaykh went on to his phd and became a doctor
of Islamic Studies (Shariah). Recently in 2011 the shaykh became a
Professor and now teaches in the University of Qassim as well as in
local masjid. He has studied with many Shaykhs and started seeking
knowledge in Onaysa studying from Shaykh Muhammad bin Saleh
Al Uthaymeen since 1986 until the shaykh passed away in 2000 in the masjid of the shaykh. He reads
a lot of books on the shaykhs from these books zaad al mustaknia in a book called bulughul maraam
and also reads the tafsir of quran al kareem and also kitaab at tajweed al wasitiya and also al alfiya and
Muntaka lil Majd, Muktasar at tahreer in Usool Al fiqh, Al Kafi li Ibn Qudama, Qawaid Ibn Rajib, Al
Al Burhaniya Fil Faraid, As safariniya in other books. When Shaykh Uthaymeen started to teach private
classes in his home, he was one of these private students selected. The second Shaykh he learned
from is Shaykh Abdullah bin Saleh al Faleh. At tuhfa as suni Ibn Hajriya, Sharh al mukadima al ajumiya.
He also memorised the Qur’an with Shaykh Muhammad bin Sulayman as Salman.
