I, Rohana Abdul Rahman from Singapore, would like to say thank you to Eaalim Institute for providing the premier online Islamic School, offering a wide variety of Arabic courses available for one who wants to study in the comfort of their own home.
Alhamdulillaah this is very convenient systems. Interaction between the Ustadha and the students are very meaningful. I am very happy to have Umm Ahmed to teach me Hidfz and Ustadha Azhaar to teach me Arabic. Both are very patient and understanding too. I really benefited greatly from both courses, Alhamdulillaah once again.
Taught by a native allows me to hear pronunciations of the letters and words first hand. This gives me more confident to communicate in Arabic though I have studied Arabic in my hometown before. To Umm Ahmed I would like to thank you for teaching me Hidfz on 1 to 1 basis and encourage me to memorize thou it is getting tough, but Alhamdulilaah with your support I managed to do the memorization.
In the name of ALLAH I really benefit from Eaalim for providing such a wonderful USTADHA and not forgetting the Administration Department which goes above and beyond to help students as much as possible by accommodating me with the time differences.

I am giving my recommendation to students who are eagerly seeking to learn Arabic for religious or personal reasons. This is very convenient. A lot of us live far away from learning centres or cannot find find a place to learn Arabic. Unfortunately, living outside of an Arabic Speaking Country makes this difficult, but Eaalim is a great solution! You meet once a week for you class.
The Teachers are patient and understanding. We have the ability to hear the teacher real-time and also get corrected immediately. This course requires discipline and you must revise frequently on your own.
The Administration goes above and beyond to help students as much as possible. They have payment options,friendly reminders and require us to setup our personal learning plan. This classroom is easy view to participaate in. If you miss a class or need to review, you can go back and upload a recording.What are you waiting for?!

I became muslim 1 year ago and I have learned so many things from that, I live in Colombia and in my city I am the only muslim woman. It was really hard in the beginning but alhamdulillah I learned to be strong and I found that studying in this institution help me to be patient and make me feel closer to Allah`s way. I am really happy that I can speak and enjoy with other muslim woman everyday and she (Ustada Saima Chaudhry) is a really good teacher and she`s so kind with me. I appreciate her patience because my English is not perfect.... I am trying to do my best to learn as much as I can from her.

I have benefited greatly from the tajweed course. The lessons have been conducted in a lively,friendly environment with meaningful interaction between the teacher and the students. The course was well-structured, its content split up into manageable units.
Each lesson included a good grounding of the theoretical principles involved and the practical activities helped the student to relate to the different Ah-kaam and to their identification. Homework was set regulaarly and at the end of the course, the students knowledge in the theory studied, in tilawah and also in identification of the Ah-kaam tested.
I would recommend the course to all sisters. Although intense, it makes learning a highly rewarding activity. Jazakallah Khairun to Eaalim for their efforts and service to the muslim ummah.

Assalaamu alaykum, my name is Zaynab. I currently reside in Barbados and am pursuing the Arabic beginners course with Eaalim.My main reason for joining this course was because of learning Arabic with Eaalim from the comfort of my own home and in a virtual classroom was also appealing.
Before I enrolled for this course, I had taken a few Arabic lessons with a non-native speaker. However, being taught Arabic with a teacher who is a native of the language allowed me to hear pronunciations of the letters and words first hand. For me, this is essential as I would like to be able to pronounce the letters and words to the best of my ability. Alhamdulillah, the classes are going very well. I have a great teacher, encouraging classmates and an excellent support network. Should I be unfortunate enough to miss the class at its scheduled time, all lessons are recorded and can viewed from the site at any time.
As with any language, vocabulary is of the utmost importance, and it is no different with Arabic. Lessons proceed more smoothly and you will understand later lessons better if you have learnt the vocabulary from the previous lessons. If you persist with the course, make time to study and don't give up, then InshAllah you will be successful. It is with this advice that I recommend this course to anyone interested in learning the Arabic language and hope that they find the course as fulfilling as it has been for me. :) Was salaam.

I recently started studying Tajweed and Alhamdulillah I am really enjoying it. The teacher listens to my recitation and can easily spot mistakes as the interaction is very good. One of the best things about learning with eaalim is that you can go back and listen to recordings of your class whenever you want. Constantly practising and listening to recordings of your recitations help you to see where you’re going wrong. I find that studying one on one with the teacher helps me to study at my own pace, and it can all be done from the comfort of your own home.

I have always been very wary about learning languages online, so i enrolled in university classes and even bought Rossete Stone CD. The problem that i always had with my classess was the course was taught so much in english that my pronounciation suffered and the Rossete Stone CD, albeit it is good in vocabulary but it wasnt that good in grammar.
After spending spending so many years trying to learn Arabic, I took lessons with Ustadh Ehad. Ustadh Ehab is not only a good teacher because he's a native speaker but he can actually TEACH! Everything that i learned prior to taking his lessons, he knocked down and rebuilt. Even though I had taken about two years of Arabic before him, he had to go back and explaim how to properly prnounce Arabic letters. He really put to rest the myth that non-arabs pronounce Ú (ein), Í (Haa) and Î (Kha). I have watched Ustadh Ehab teach other students and his style is drasticly different to how he teaches me. He conforms his teaching methods to suit each student. Not only does he change the way he teaches based on your learning preferences, but also the reason why you want to learn Arabic, whether for religious or academical reasons. My reasons for learning Arabic are very simple; I like its grammatical contrst to English. Luck for me, Ustadh Ehab's understanding of English grammar. His extensive knowledge of Linguistic really comes to play when he teaches. You might have been told that Arabic Grammar is hard - that Arabic in general is hard; although it is different from English, Ustadh Ehab makes Arabic more fascinating than difficult.

I have just finished Basic Arabic Reading and started Arabic Language Level One. I am so impressed the way it works, it has been very helpful for me and i would recommend it to anyone who's life is busy and can not do islamic studies in maddreses.
And very best of all is that my teacher Ustad EhabHafez is the teacher that i would recommend to anyone who is interested to learn.

I am Khadija a mother of three children and a convert muslima. I have been learning from E-aalim in Tajweed Level one. The purpose i joining this course to clarify clearly. How to apply all rules of Tajweed in the Holy Quran, especially in terms of recitation.
It was quite fantastic and tremendously to hold this type of opportuinty. In addition the course materials is very eager to please, every students count, especially recording and notes. On the other hand the classroom is a perfect place to learning and understanding, especially pre teaching, scaffolding repetition and modelling.
I have just finished Basic Arabic Reading and started Arabic Language Level One. I am so impressed the way it works, it has been very helpful for me and i would recommend it to anyone who's life is busy and can not do islamic studies in maddreses.
Ustadha Tasneem is a very felxible person. May Allah blesses upon her and family. Finally technical support is very fast reply like a WINK OF A EYE.

I home school my children for Maths, Science and English and Islamic Studies and have not looked back since starting with Eaalim.Com. My 3 children have progressed intensively and enjoy the lessons so much that they look forward to meeting their teachers the next day. I’ve been studying arabic online with Eaalim for 2 months now. At first I was a bit weary as to weather or not I would enjoy or even benefit from online classes, however after my first lesson I soon changed my mind. There is a good interaction between myself and my teacher Umm Jarir. The whiteboard comes in very handy especially when going through questions and answers in the book, and it helps the teacher to see if I am progressing in my arabic writing aswell.
I enjoy Umm Jarirs style of teaching, not only does she go through the text book, but at the same time shes trys to speak a lot of Arabic in class aswell as getting me to speak it. I also find it very helpful when she gets me to take down notes in Arabic and English as I find this helps me with my writing and I learn ways of putting sentences together with new words along with the basics I have been learning in class. The fact that she is a native Also helps me to learn to speak Arabic in its correct manner. She is a very friendly and well mannered teacher and I would recommend her to any sisters out there looking to learn Arabic.

Assalaamu'alaykum brothers and sisters .I am sending this mail just to say Alhamdulillah Praise and blessings to your institute for giving my children and I the wonderful opportunity to learn to read THE HOLY QURAN. In only a short space of time we are all reading with increasing confidence and accuracy. Your teachers are patient and very diligent in their efforts to teach. Sister saima is responsible through the will of ALLAH for allowing me and my children to successfully read QURAN. After only 90 days of regular classes we are all reading Arabic. Also my eldest son 13 years old is studying Arabic as a language itself, his hope is to do a state examination in this subject in 1 year time inshallah. His teacher brother Sameer (living in Yemen) is confident that this will be possible inshallah. I have also completed the parenting course with Ustad Mustapha Himi and found it very helpful in its information and ideas about dealing with my children’s development and problems they face.
I was not always a muslim so didn’t learn as a child, but now that I have learned to read Arabic I feel so happy in my heart, and pray inshallah my children and I will continue to learn. I am Irish and have told many of my friends about your site, and pray inshallah you help many more people just like me. I thought I will never be able to read such a difficult language but now I am reading Surah Yasin the heart of the QURAN independently. Now I am truely happy because ALLAH is truely helping me Allumdulillah.
